Just in case you don’t get why Alberto Fernández is favourite to beat Macri in October. He has failed to bring inflation under control (a basic promise of his previous election campaign) and in fact it has spiralled further out of control. That has eaten away at spending power under Macri’s austerity plan and the result is the above chart.
