VANCOUVER, Oct. 2, 2020 /CNW/ – Brent Cook Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: MRZ) (OTCPK: MRZLF) (the “Company” or “Brent Cook”) announces that Mr. Dana Prince has resigned as a director of the Company. The Board thanks Mr. Prince for his contributions to the Company as a director and member of various board committees and wishes him well in his future endeavours. Mr. Prince is available to provide consulting services to the Company on an as needed basis.
He was the company chair until August, too. As MRZ has been Brent Cook’s Top Pick stock for around a decade, we can only assume he was aware of this and fully approves of the development. Who needs directors anyway?
UPDATE: Reader CM comments:
“Another three or four directors to go and I am breakeven.”
