TORONTO, Oct. 28, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — (TSXV: TVC) – Three Valley Copper Corp. (“TVC” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that due to strong investor demand, it has entered into an amending agreement with PI Financial Corp. and Eight Capital as co-lead underwriters and joint bookrunners (together, the “Underwriters”), to increase the size of the previously announced bought deal financing to an aggregate of 50,000,000 units (the “Units”) of the Company at a price of C$0.32 per Unit for gross proceeds of C$16,000,000 (the “Offering”). Each Unit consists of one common share in the capital of the Company (each a “Unit Share”) and one common share purchase warrant (each a “Warrant”). Each Warrant is exercisable into one common share of the Company (each a “Warrant Share”) at an exercise price of C$0.45 for a period of 30 months from the closing of the Offering.
In addition, the Company has granted the Underwriters an option (the “Over-Allotment Option”), exercisable in whole or in part, for a period of 30 days following the Closing of the Offering, to purchase up to an additional 15% of the Units sold pursuant to the Offering, on the same terms as the Offering, to cover (etc)

This Bambrough cat recently came up on my radar (Greenland Resources). Don’t know enough about Moly or TVC. I also never knew what to think of Rule, listened to some of his Eric King interviews, never was quite convincing. Noting Mark’s take gives me an additional take on him for sure.
