You’ve got vacation destination countries not testing or counting deaths inaccurately out of fear of turning tourists off. Than you have countries like Russia and China who’s numbers clearly don’t add up. Many don’t have adequate funding for HIV tests that have been around since the 80s let alone a fad like COVID. In the third world a visit to the Doctor is an event that a family saves a year in advance for.
