Take physic, pomp

Orezone (ORE.v) and the casual corruption of Vancouver

Nobody gives a tinker’s cuss when the insider scams are to the upside:

The challenge: Explain Monday’s trading in ORE.v without using the word “illegal”, “insider” and “Vancouver drinking pals”. This desk is keenly aware that it’s the way it is, I also know you scumbags up there think I’m weird for not joining your permanent rip-off lifestyles. A plague o’ both your houses.

The good ol’ Canadian mining old boy’s club never fails to look after itself.

I have been following Orezone for sometime. How does one sniff out that Orezone is a good company or a scam? If this is a scam it got by me big time. Thanks. E

What’s your definition of “scam”, Eric? Do you need to lose money before it counts?

Enjoying your newsletter and just found you recently. U do good man. Losing money is not new to me unfortunately. I did my “DD” on Orezone and Rio2 about a year ago and determined that these could be a good bet. It seems Orezone is going to actually become a producer just like I think Rio2 will become a producer.

Agreed. However, our task is not to sponsor mines into production. We need to buy low sell high, the success of the project does not guarantee the success of the equity.

I think 1911 Gold is a scam at least more of a scam than Orezone.

I’m a long-time Orezone shareholder, and was happy about Monday’s jump, but “why on no news?” Then we have the Tuesday release that explains it all. How much (undercover) diligence would it take to track the source of the leak? I’m thinking not that much. I’m with you on this call, Mark!

I agree that insiders had the scoop and that is bad. But if my neophyte DD tells me it is a good investment do I sell because of insider trading? Or is the thought that manipulation to the upside is for insiders to get out first and at a higher price before a dummy like me? I would bet this s almost everywhere in this industry?
