Here’s the link to last week’s post that gives plenty of details about how to go about voting in the Minera IRL (IRL.to) (MIRL.L) EGM, set for November 26th.
You need to get your proxy forms done and the votes in by early November 24th (or if your shares are owned via the Peru stock market, November 20th) so do it now rather than leave it to the last minute. And yes, every vote will count and is important in this one, to get rid of this awful toxic board of directors each resolution needs 66.67% approval.
