Hot Chili (HCH.ax) (HCH.v): Remind me again what changed at the company in December 2021?

Ah yeah, Rick Rule finally got his local listing:

PERTH, Australia, Dec. 22, 2021 /CNW/ – Hot Chili Limited (TSXV: HCH) (“HCH” or the “Company”), an emerging Australian-based copper developer, today announced the successful closing of its Canadian initial public offering (the “Offering”). An aggregate of 21,567,286 units of the Company were distributed (the “Units”) at a price of C$1.55, of which 2,445,000 Units were exercised under the underwriters’ over-allotment option.

The Ordinary Shares are expected to commence trading the week of December 27, 2021 on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol “HCH”.

How’s that Canadian listing working out for you, cobbers? And once Rick Rule’s enabler, Nicola Adshead-Bell, has decided there’s nothing else she can do and moves on, she’ll be able to concentrate on her new job as lead director for Bravo Mining Corp. Another free share gig for the family of hypocrisy.

Copper sub 4 just moments ago. Fed on course to take the economy to recession land to fight inflation. I have copper companies but starting to think it’s pretty unwise considering the macro environment.

I agree but only for producer tickers tbh.

QCCU as an example approaching $0 EV. Ridiculous stuff. Got some other tickers in crosshairs as well.
