This isn’t a report promoting one agenda or another, it’s a fine job of work that goes beyond the obvious and looks for equitable solutions to today’s problems. As the question posed at the end of the story poses:
How is it that a country that is increasingly well positioned in the global economy and has attracted loads of investment finds itself with so little public support for the projects on which it depends?
