IPSOS/Apoyo, probably the most reliable pollster in Peru, has confirmed the rise of ex-Prez Alejandro Toledo in the polls today. UPDATE: Reader ‘RP’ mails to note that because this survey was urban only, Ollanta Humala’s support is underestimated (he tends to have better numbers in rural provincial areas). That’s true, RP, though I doubt the difference is worth more than, let’s say, three points.
