H/T to Salmon for finding this wonderful visual learning tool. Called ‘Cell Size and Scale‘ and put together by The University of Utah, it shows you the relative size of small things, starting with a coffee bean and finishing with a carbon atom (with many stops along the way) in the most elegant way I’ve ever seen…..just slide that bar underneath the picture and see for yourself. Gotta check this one out, so do it here.
